Watry Industries’ Product Offerings Are Virtually Unlimited

Watry currently makes castings as small as .28 pounds as cast up to 85 pounds finished weight after machining, but our capabilities allow us to produce much larger castings.

Production of castings requiring structural integrity to withstand internal hydraulic pressures of up to 4,000 pounds per square inch is commonplace at Watry. Large outdoor light housing castings with very thin walls are made by Watry for a number of different lighting manufacturers. Extremely large castings (for instance, regulation size outdoor basketball backboards 39″ x 54″ with a wall section of 3/16″) are cast, machined, powder coated and ready for installation when they leave our shipping dock.

Our current customer volumes range from as small as 300 pieces per year up to 600,000 pieces per year in a wide variety of different permanent mold aluminum alloys.
